Q: Is my personal information protected with your company?
A: Any personal information that you provide to any of our businesses are privacy protected. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone!

Q: Can I join CLM for free?
A: YES. You can join as a free member and take advantage of the 1000 banner ad credits and 1000 text ad credits to start advertising immediately. You are also able to add one program to the downline builder AND you are eligible to receive $20 Fast Start Bonuses every time you refer a pro member to CLM. In order to be positioned on the Income Grids and earn $250, $1000 and $2500 over and over, as well as earn the $1000 Matching Bonuses, you must upgrade from your back office.

Q: How much does a pro membership to CLM cost?
A: It only costs a low One-Time membership fee of $65 ($60 + $5 AlertPay Fee).

Q: What payment options do you offer for upgrade?
A: We offer two options for upgrading: AlertPay and Money Orders (USD currency only). Instructions for paying with a Money Order can be found by logging into your back office and clicking on the "upgrade" button. We pay out commissions through AlertPay. If you do not have an AlertPay account, you will need to get one for free by Clicking Here. We recommend you get a Personal Pro Account.

Q: Can I have more than one membership in CLM?
A: YES. We allow pro members the ability to have up to, and no more than, 3 pro memberships. You must register the 2 additional memberships under your original pro membership. We like to call this a 3-Spot. You can use the same email address but you must have a different username for each of the 2 new positions you register.

Q: How long before I can start earning money in the CLM program?
A: Once you have made your $65 one-time upgrade membership fee your account will be upgraded to pro member status and you will receive entry in to the Level 1 IG (Income Grid). At that time, you will be able to log in to your CLM members area were you will find your personal referral URL, splash pages, banners and sample solo ads, for you to start advertising the CLM program.

Because of our fast start bonuses of $20 per referral, you can start earning money IMMEDIATELY with CLM.

Q: How does CLM payout commissions and how often?
A: We payout all withdrawal requests every Friday to your AlertPay account that have been submitted by Thursday evening at Midnight. You may put in for a withdrawal request through your CLM Stats page for any commissions showing as owed at anytime.

Q: What do I get with my $65 one-time membership to CLM?
A: Pro members receive 10,00 banner credits, 10,000 text ad credits and can send a solo ad to 1,000 random members of CLM once every 7 days when they upgrade to pro member status and are entered in to the Level 1 Income Grid. When a pro member advances up in to the Level 2 Income Grid, they are given an additional 10,000 banner credits, 10,000 text ad credits and can then send a solo ad to 2,000 random members of CLM every 5 days. When a pro member advances up in to the Level 3 Income Grid, they are given an additional 20,000 banner credits, 20,000 text ad credits and are then able to send out a solo ad to 3,000 random members of CLM every 3 days.

Q: What kind of advertising does CLM allow?
A: We allow the use of optin safelists, classifieds, solo ads, use of autoresponders provided you use only quality leads with Time Stamps and ISP. If you e-mail friends and contacts, be 100% sure that they will accept these kinds of offers from you. Always include a disclaimer with a way to be removed. Caution is always needed when doing e-mail advertising. There are many of other ways to promote as well. Promote in any way you want to, as long as you do not spam. Additional Note: We do not allow the use of Guaranteed Signups for the CLM program or any other program that is associated with DGNS Solutions LLC. If you are caught using Guaranteed Signups, you will be deleted from the CLM database. Guaranteed Signups do not work for any program and are not accepted in CLM.

Q: What happens if I get caught spamming or CLM receives a spam complaint about my referral URL?
A: We have a very strict no spam policy. If you cannot prove that you are innocent, you will be deleted immediately, and forfeit all earnings you may have accumulated. No kind of IP messaging is allowed. Any spam complaint due to use of IP messengers will cause you to lose your membership without further notice. If we are forced to close down or lose our domain because of anyone spamming, we will pursue this to the fullest extent of the law. It may be wise to use a redirect link that cloaks the real URL if you are not 100% sure that your advertising is safe.

Q: If I decide I would like to cancel my CLM membership, how would I do this?
A: To cancel your account you can put in a request through the cancel page in your CLM members area. Please note though that your pro membership is a one-time payment and should you remain an active member you can still use the advertising you were given access to and continue to make money.
