Crazy List Mailer is an online opportunity. All product orders are effectuated instantly upon purchase. A request for a refund must be given to CLM within 15 days from purchase date.

Crazy List Mailer will accept a request for refund if:

• The user has NOT used any text ad credits
  
  
• The user has NOT used any banner credits
  
  
• The user has NOT used the CLM mailer.

All refunds will be minus the $5 transaction fee paid during upgrade and any monies paid for bonuses or Income Grid cycles.
